Copy Format

Format Painter lets you copy the formatting of a selected cell and apply the formatting into another cell so that they look alike. It is very convenient when you need to specify a specific style repeatedly.

Copy and Apply Formatting

1. Select the cell whose formatting you want to copy and click Edit-Copy Format.
2. When the pointer turns into a spuit , select the cell you want to apply the copied formatting to.
3. The selected cell will be formatted with the formatting of the copied cell.
