Copy Format

Copy Format copies the font, paragraph format, and style at the pointer to another position.

This function is useful when you repeat specific styles.

Copy formatting

You can copy the formats rather than choosing them one by one.
To copy the format:

1. Place a cursor between words whose formatting you want to copy.
2. Do one of the following.
   • Click Edit-Copy Format.
   • Click the Copy Format  icon on the Menu Bar.
3. Select the target text or paragraph as a block. The formatting is applied to the target text.

Note

You need to place the cursor in the middle of the text or after the text you want to copy and then run Copy Format.
