Menu Bar Icon Description
Icon | Name | Description |
| Save | Save the document currently being edited on the screen. |
| Copy Format | Copy the text format, paragraph format, and style at the mouse pointer position to another location. |
| Clear Formats | Remove all formatting from the selection. |
| Select | Select the entire content of a document as a block or objects by drawing the selection area. |
| Find/Replace | Find particular words or phrases within the current document, or replace it with another word. |
| Shapes | Insert a shape. |
| Picture | Insert a picture file where the pointer is located. |
| Table | Insert a table where the pointer is located. |
| Chart | Insert a chart where the pointer is located. |
| Text Box | Insert a textbox. |
| Web Video | Insert a web video where the pointer is located. |
| Footnote | Insert footnote at the bottom of the pages that have footnote numbers. |
| Endnote | Insert endnote at the end of the current section or document that have endnote numbers. |
| Comment | Insert a comment where the pointer is located. |
| Bookmark | Insert a bookmark where the pointer is located. |
| Hyperlink | Insert symbols or characters that are difficult to type with the keyboard. |
| Symbol | Insert symbols or characters that are difficult to type with the keyboard. |
| Page Setup | Set the page settings such as size, orientation, margins and more. |
| Break | Insert a page or section break to separate the content after the pointer into a new page or section. |
| Task Pane | Show the task pane in the edit window. |
