Specify whether to align the text inside a cell.
Change Alignment
- Select a cell you want to align.
- Click Format-Alignment-Align Left to specify horizontal alignment to the left.
- Click Format-Alignment-Top to specify vertical alignment to the top.

| Align Left | Align the paragraph to the left. |
| Align Center | Align the paragraph to the center. |
| Align Right | Align the paragraph to the right. |
| Top | Align the paragraph to the top. |
| Center | Align the paragraph to the center. |
| Bottom | Align the paragraph to the bottom. |
Note
You can also change the alignment by clicking the respective icons on the toolbar.
