Save as Picture File

Save the graphics objects (e.g. Shapes, picture, tables) as an image file.

Steps

Save as picture file

1. Right-click the inserted shape.
2. Select Save as Picture File in the context menu.
3. In the Save as dialog box, specify the location in which to save the file, file name and file format, and then click Save.

Select multiple objects and save to save it as one picture file.
