You can download the current document as a PDF so you can share or print it using commercial printers.
The current document will be easily converted to a PDF without specialized application or another add-in.

Download as PDF

To download the current document as a PDF:

Click File-Download as PDF.
The file you are editing is converted to PDF and downloaded.
Go to the downloaded folder and double-click the file to open it.

Note

Converted PDF is normally downloaded into C:\Users\Downloads on your computer.

If you want to identify the folder where the converted PDF has been downloaded, right click the downloaded file at the bottom of the screen and then click In Folder.
