Rules Management

Manage rules, such as changing or deleting the coverage of applied rules.

Steps

Change applying range

  1. Click Format-Conditional Formatting-Rules Management.
  2. In the Rules Management dialog box, click the Range Selection from which you want to change.
  3. In the Conditional Formatting Rules Manager dialog box, drag to select cell range or directly input in Formatting Range.
  4. Click OK to close all dialog boxes.

Delete Conditional Formatting

  1. Click Format-Conditional Formatting-Rules Management.
  2. In the rules list, select the Delete check box you want to delete.
  3. Click OK to delete the rule. The dialog box cloese.

Formatting Range

Select from “Current Selection” or “Current Worksheet”.


Applied Area

In the dialog box, specify the cells corresponding to the range to apply the rule to.


Delete Checkbox

Select a rule to delete from the list. To delete it, click OK in the dialog box.
