Text Box

Use a text box to add an additional note.

It is a useful feature that allows you to adjust a text box easily by changing its position and size, fill effect for the inside, and the shape and color of borders.

Insert Text Box

Perform the following to inset a text box.

1. Click Insert-Text Box.
   The mouse pointer changes to a crosshair (+) so that you can draw a text box.
2. Click and drag the left mouse button to draw a text box, and then release the button.
   A rectangular box appears with the cursor placed inside of it.
3. Enter your content in the text box.
