You can adjust the worksheet ratio.
The feature zooms in and out of the editing area only for the convenience of users when they edit documents and it does not change the original size of the document.
Zoom in or out the editing screen
Perform the following to zoom in or out the editing screen.
- Click View-Zoom.
- Select the zoom level from the list.
Or click the Zoom Out
icon or Zoom In 
icon at the bottom of the screen.

Recommend to set display scaling and layout to 100%
On devices such as high-resolution monitors may have issues with what is displayed on the screen appearing small. To address this, the operating system or browser provides the option to scale to display programs and text large (may vary depending on the operating system or browser type and version).
However, if your operating system or browser's scale setting is not 100%, it is recommended that you set the scale to 100%, as it might conflict with the zoom function of the Online Office and the content might not display correctly.
