Print

This feature is used to print the active document.

You can print multiple copies of the entire or part of the document. You can also change print settings such as zoom depending on the purpose of the print-out.

Print a document

To print the active document:

1. Click File-Print.
2. Set the required printing options in the printer dialog box depending on your device.
   If a preview option is available, it allows you to preview the document with your printing options applied.
3. Perform printing to print the document or save it as the pdf format.
