Page Setup

You can set up the page size, orientation, and right/left margins of the current document.

Page Setup

To change the page setting of the active document:

1. Click File-Page Setup or Page-Page Setup.
2. Specify page size, orientation, margins and background coloron the Page Setup dialog box.
3. Click OK for the changes to take effect.

Paper Size

Select a paper size for the document. You can select the desired paper from the list or customize the paper size using the height and width control buttons at the bottom of the list.

Orientation

• Portrait

  Set the paper orientation to portrait.

• Landscape

  Set the paper orientation to landscape.

Background Color

Specify the background color to apply to all pages of the document.

Paper Margin

Set the top, bottom, right, and left margins of the paper. If you select one of the paper margin options from the list, the predefined margins are applied to the document.

You can also customize the margins of the paper, including header or footer margins, using the control buttons for each margin.

Headers/Footers

• Different odd and even

  Specify headers and footers are to displayed differently in odd and even pages.

• Different first page

  Specify headers and footers are to displayed differently in first page.
