Once you download the current document to your computer, you can veiw and edit it when you are not even connected to the Internet.
Download
To download the current document to your computer:
- Click File-Download
- Go to the downloaded folder and double-click the file to open it.
Note
The name and format of the downloaded file are the same as those of the original file.
A current document is normally downloaded into C:\Users\Downloads on your computer.
If you want to identify the folder where the document has been downloaded, right click the downloaded document at the bottom of the screen and then click In Folder
