Show or hide all comments inserted in the document.
Steps
Show or hide comments
- When you insert a comment into a document, Insert-Comment-Show All Comments is automatically selected and displayed.
- If you uncheck Insert-Comment-Show All Comments, all comment icons inserted in the document will be hidden.
- Click Insert-Comment-Show All Comments again to show the comment icons again.
