Insert a comment.
As you create your documents, you can insert what you need to note, or what you need but do not need to type in the body as a comment.
Steps
Insert a comment
- Click Insert-Comment-New Comment.
Or click the Comment icon on the toolbox. - When the comment icon is inserted, enter the content in the text box of the Comments task pane.
- To reply on a specific comment, select the comment and type in the reply field in the Comments task pane.
Edit a comment
- Right-click the comment you want to edit, then click Edit Comment from the context menu.
- Edit the comment in the Comment task pane.
Change style of a comment
- Right-click the comment you want to edit, then click Comment Style from the context menu.
- Select and apply the desired style from the list.

After inserting a comment, right-click the comment icon to open the context menu.

Insert a new comment.

Edit existing comments.
- Delete Comment
Delete a comment.
- Delete Comment
Delete the selected comment.
- Delete All Comments on This Slide
Delete all comments inserted in the current slide.
- Delete Comment
- Comment Style
Select and apply the desired style from the list.
